I am an ambitious, self-motivated fast learner who is very enthusiastic about animation and storytelling. I’m always looking for ways to improve my skill set and, ultimately, my work, and I always love a challenge!

Skill Areas

2D and 3D animation, drama, fine art, storyboarding, script and story writing, concept development, modelling, rigging, texturing, lighting and rendering, video editing, matchmoving, MEL scripting, compositing, and the running of witness cameras.

I have experience in many software packages including:

After Effects, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Maya, Matchmover, Celtx, Final Cut Pro, Mudbox, Cinema 4D, 3D Studio Max and Nuke.

I am also more than comfortable in both Windows and Mac environments.

Motion Graphic Designer (Oct 2014-present)

As a motion graphic designer, I am responsible for creating graphic content for clients. Sometimes I work as part of a team and other times I am entirely responsible for the client. I work in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya), 2.5D software (After Effects), and 2D software (Photoshop, Illustrator) in order to create whatever the client needs.

VFX Production Assistant (Nov-Dec 2013)

As a VFX PA I was responsible for typing up VFX camera notes, running witness cameras, making tea and fetching food for the VFX team members, tidying the office, posting various packages for the team, and making content lists for shipping.

I have completed my Duke of Edinburgh’s Bronze Award, which taught me how to do some basic first aid, as well as how to work as part of an efficient and effective team. I have also received numerous certificates for progress and achievements in subjects, in addition to high attendance in school and college. I have also been recognised for raising over £500 for the charity LOROS.
